1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
At GK Tech Solutions, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers. Since most of our products and services are made-to-order, customized, or service-based, cancellations and refunds are restricted under certain conditions.
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation (before dispatch/processing).
- Once the product is dispatched, packed, customized, or service process has started, cancellation will not be accepted.
- For Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) and related services, cancellations are not permitted once the application/verification process has started.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellation:
GK Tech Solutions reserves the right to cancel an order in situations such as:
- Product unavailability or discontinuation.
- Incorrect purchase order details provided by the customer.
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Technical/pricing errors at the time of quotation.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and where applicable, a replacement product or order credit will be offered at our discretion.
3. Refund & Credit Policy:
- As a standard practice, monetary refunds are not issued.
- If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, customers may receive order credit or replacement (adjustable against future purchases).
4. Non-Cancellable Products/Services:
The following cannot be cancelled once confirmed:
- Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) & related services
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Consumable laboratory items
5. Replacement in Case of Damage/Defect:
- If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must report it within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
- Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged.
- Refunds are not applicable in such cases.
